When will the wedding happen?We’re excited to celebrate with you on Saturday, 12th of April, 2025! Please mark your calendar for this special day as we gather to share in our love and commitment with all of you. We can’t wait to see you there!

Where will the wedding venue be held at?Our wedding ceremony and reception will be hosted at the breathtaking San Lorenzo A Linari in Siena, nestled in the beautiful landscape of Tuscany, Italy. This charming venue provides the perfect backdrop for our celebration, and we’re so excited to share it with you.

Will I need a visa to go to Italy?Visa requirements for Italy depend on your nationality. If you’re traveling from a country outside the Schengen Area, you may need a Schengen visa to enter Italy. We recommend checking with your local consulate or embassy for the most up-to-date information, or you can check our Schengen Visa page for further details. Please ensure your travel documents are prepared well in advance to make your trip as smooth as possible!

How can we reach Siena, Tuscany, Italy?To reach Siena, Italy, the nearest major airports are in Florence (Peretola Airport) and Pisa (Galileo Galilei Airport). From Florence, you can take a direct bus or a regional train to Siena, which takes around 1.5 hours. From Pisa, there are trains to Siena via a transfer in Florence. Alternatively, you can rent a car for a scenic drive through Tuscany, which takes about 1 hour from Florence and 2 hours from Pisa. If you’re arriving from Rome, there are also train and bus options that take about 3 hours. Distance from the different airports around Italy, to the venue: Pisa airport: 120 KM = 1:45 - 2:00 hrs Florence: 80 KM = 1:20 - 1:30 hrs Bologna: 169 KM = 2:15 - 2:30hrs

When should we arrive at the venue?Wedding festivities are on Saturday, 12th April. Many guests will be arriving on Friday, 11th April afternoon / evening to check in. But if you wanted to arrive on Saturday, 12th April, please confirm with Rob or Karla for specific timings.

Do you have a recommended accomodation for us to stay at or near the venue?We’ve booked exclusive use of the venue checking in Friday 11th evening until Sunday 13th. We may have some rooms available should you wish to stay on site for a fraction of the price. Let us know if this suits you! If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer, it is also possible. Just let us know so we can help arrange for you.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?The wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Tuscany. Please keep this in mind when choosing your attire, and prepare for a day under the open sky!

What's the weather like during the time of the wedding?In April, the average daily temperature in Tuscany ranges from 12°C (54°F) to 19°C (66°F). Make sure to bring something to keep you warm!

What should we wear to the wedding?We'd love for our guests to wear formal attire and follow the color palette shown in our invitation. This will help create a beautiful and cohesive look for the day. Thank you for adding your personal touch to our special celebration!

Are you having an unplugged wedding?We kindly ask that you join us in being fully present during our wedding ceremony by setting aside your phones and cameras. This will be an unplugged ceremony, allowing everyone to cherish these special moments together, distraction-free. Once we transition to the reception, please feel free to capture as many memories as you’d like!
